I feel extremely lucky that my first full-time job was here.

1. Comfortable work atmosphere:

Everyone is very helpful to one another, and the company often gets together for meals. We also celebrate each other’s birthdays.

2. Plenty of room to express myself, along with many opportunities to learn and accumulate experience:

At work, my supervisor is very willing to give me opportunities to try new things.

I am truly very grateful! Not only was I able to contribute my abilities at work and gain a sense of accomplishment, but I also learned how different “reports” at school are from actual “work” in society. When I made mistakes or had no idea what to do, they were willing to give me opportunities to improve and even take the time to share their experiences and provide me with direction, helping me understand what I could work toward.

This is something I have rarely encountered throughout all of my work experiences, past and present.
