1. The salary is low enough as it is, and the year-end bonus is only guaranteed to be one month’s pay.

2. Work is distributed unevenly: some people slack off at work while earning high salaries, while others have to work overtime on holidays.

3. It’s unclear what the performance evaluations are actually assessing. Employees who work overtime until they’re exhausted receive lower scores than those who have nothing to do all day. When asked for the reason, supervisors cannot provide a reasonable explanation.

4. The company’s systems and processes are very outdated. Senior management constantly emphasizes that the company needs to innovate and wants to introduce new methods and systems, but employees who try to do so get harshly criticized because senior management does not want to change.

5. Those who are not pursuing career growth can come here for the experience... Employee training here is practically nonexistent. Your department manager may not even know what your work involves and therefore be unable to provide you with any support.
