The company is bright and clean. The staff appear to be well trained.

(1) The interview took almost 4 hours in total.

(2) You have to take Chinese and English typing tests, as well as Excel and Word operation tests, with both true-or-false and multiple-choice questions. The Excel test includes creating charts and pivot tables, along with personality, logic, and attention-to-detail tests.

(3) The practical and written tests alone took about 3 hours.

(4) Many of the questions actually seemed unrelated to the job. Asking about the previous job is one thing, but they also asked what I did at the job before that, as well as about my supervisors and company policies—a detailed investigation into my personal background.

(5) They will definitely ask how much you earned at your previous job. If it was lower than your desired salary, they will also ask, “You were earning xxk before, so why do you want xxk now?” Who changes jobs without wanting a higher salary and better benefits? Besides, I had only written down a figure that was 2k higher than my previous salary!

(6) The interviewer directly said that there would be rotation between positions in the future because the veteran employees are unwilling to move (which basically means they have to hire new people who are easier to reassign). Those who may be willing to rotate between positions and like uniforms may consider applying, but the interview process is truly very long, so be mentally prepared.
