Pros

Spacious lobby, but there was no air conditioning—it was extremely hot.

Cons

The company building looks very impressive from the outside, but the interview lobby inside had no air conditioning (it was unbearably hot). During the interview, a woman who appeared to be the general manager came over and asked, “Hi, what position are you interviewing for, and what kind of work have you done before?” After I answered, she inexplicably walked away, and then the actual interviewer arrived.

The interviewer was the department manager. The position required going to the factory in Houli to conduct inventory checks (supposedly once a month?). Saturdays required working rotating shifts (also supposedly about once a month), but otherwise holidays were days off. The company said meals were provided, with a one-hour lunch break, and working hours were 8:00–17:30.

The interview itself went smoothly, and I received a job offer that same day. The HR department did not send a formal confirmation email and only notified me by phone, saying that emails would be blocked, so they did not send one.

Only after reporting for work did I find out that the position was an “outdoor” position with rotating shifts and did not follow a two-day weekend schedule, which was different from what had been said during the interview.

I arrived early and ate breakfast in the dining area. The company’s general manager (female) saw me and said not to bring breakfast to the company. She also reprimanded HR, saying that they had failed to tell the new employee not to eat breakfast at the company.

The extra 0.5 hours are break periods from 10:00–10:15 and 15:00–15:15.

The company requires employees to wear black or white tops as uniforms, and female employees are required to wear makeup.
