Some colleagues are good; others are not.

Relationships between colleagues are somewhat fake. Everyone only thinks of themselves, with a “at least I’m not the one being scolded” mentality. When mistakes are made, the bosses are unwilling to step up and take responsibility! They just silently listen while everyone else gets scolded. When the female boss encounters something she doesn’t know how to handle, she becomes very nervous, starts speaking louder, gets emotional, and tries to control everyone. She often says that everyone is one family, yet she doesn’t want colleagues to be too close privately (confused?).

She also often gives contradictory answers—one moment it’s one way, the next moment it’s another. If you ask her about something you don’t know, she says, “How could you not know? Didn’t I teach you already?” If you don’t ask, she’ll lecture you, saying, “Why didn’t you come and ask?” Also, don’t be fooled by how nice she seems during the interview; she is actually wearing a mask. After some time, you’ll see her true colors. Do not come to work here! You’ll only suffer.
