Colleagues are friendly and help one another.
1. Salaries are not transparent, and wages may be deducted without notice. When a colleague tried to assert their rights, a disciplinary announcement was issued (monthly days off would be directly reduced by two days).
2. Announcements state that bonuses will be awarded for performing certain specific tasks, but the bonuses are also secretly withheld (because discussing salaries is not allowed, there is no way to raise the issue or apply for them).
3. In addition to the duties expected of front-desk staff, employees must take on multiple roles and perform many tasks that are not part of front-desk work.
