1. The company has a comprehensive project-planning process with a standardized SOP.
2. Each project is handled by a dedicated person, which should reduce the awkward situation of having multiple points of contact for one project.
3. The partner clients are all well-known companies, which is a significant plus for one’s résumé.
4. The company complies with the Labor Standards Act, provides compensatory leave and overtime pay, and does not require make-up work on Saturdays or Sundays.
5. Because the rework rate at my previous job was extremely high, I specifically asked about this. I was told that, since projects all follow the established process, rework is generally less of an issue.
