The colleagues are all easy to get along with. When work requires assistance from other departments, everyone is happy to help and communicate and coordinate.
The environment is good.
1. Although it is a listed company, it offers almost no benefits—only a birthday bonus. There are no bonuses for the other three major holidays, no year-end bonus, and not even simple gifts.
2. When someone leaves a position, the company is slow to recruit a replacement. Colleagues in most positions have to take on multiple roles.
3. There is no salary adjustment mechanism at all.
4. Salaries are paid late.
5. Infighting among senior executives.
