The company complies with the Labor Standards Act, and clearly explained the rules during the interview.
They even kept asking whether there was anything else about the company that I didn’t understand.
The boss conducted the interview personally and was quite patient and direct.
A small company in a townhouse-style building; I heard there is also a factory in Taiping, and occasionally employees have to go there to help out. (The frequency is unknown.)
Because Saturdays and Sundays are fixed days off, when there are plenty of orders, working 12-hour days every day is unavoidable.
They advocate weathering hard times and advancing or retreating together = you can’t skip overtime. (Except in special circumstances.)
Suitable for single people who want to work hard and save money!!! Guaranteed to earn quite a substantial income.
They decide whether you can start work on the day of the interview, so neither party’s time is wasted. GOOD!
