Pros
The group dinners are pretty good.
Cons
The boss has low emotional intelligence and gets impatient very easily; he raises his voice in the office.
Working with him requires strong spirit-medium abilities.
Something that is okay today may become not okay tomorrow.
For some things, he thinks he has told you, but in reality he has not clearly said so.
