You can read magazines for free every week (I finally thought of a pro).
There is no overtime pay. You can only request compensatory leave when you work on activities on weekday evenings or holidays. If you do not use up your compensatory leave or annual leave, you cannot take sick leave or personal leave.
A certain vice president will keep an eye on every team member when a group’s performance is poor, or when the president reprimands them, and so on. If your overtime hours are too low, you may be called in for a face-to-face review of your work attitude. They also often assign work on holidays (especially before or during long weekends), or post assignments or motivational messages in the Line group after work on weekday evenings, requiring everyone to reply one by one while counting the number of people who have read and replied. Sometimes, they will ask an assistant to compile everyone’s reply status and submit it in a list.
Apart from those at the managerial level and above, employees who have been with the company for about one year can more or less be considered senior employees (and even many managers joined only about a year ago). Personally, I would describe the abilities, thinking, and behavior patterns of managers as being from ancient times; you can each assess whether it suits you.
