Hours: There are two possible work schedules: 08:00–17:30 or 08:30–18:00. Breaks are from 10:00–10:10, lunch and midday break from 12:00–13:00, and another break from 15:00–15:10. If you are late by up to 10 minutes, you leave that many minutes later. However, if you are more than 10 minutes late, you must take half an hour of personal leave.
Food: NT$25 is deducted from your salary for each lunch. The meal consists of four to five shared dishes, plus sweet and savory soup. If you work overtime in the evening, you get one boxed meal (which must be ordered in advance).
Clothing: Two long-sleeved and two short-sleeved uniform shirts are provided. No jacket is issued even in winter. If you resign before completing two years, you must pay compensation.
Salary: The agreed-upon salary includes NT$1,500 for perfect attendance. Overtime pay and payment for unused annual leave are calculated after deducting the perfect-attendance bonus. Salary payments are made through Hua Nan Bank (HR does not mention this at first, because there is a rule that you only start receiving pay after working more than seven days; if you resign within seven days, you receive no pay).
Leave: If your leave would result in more than two consecutive days off (including Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays), you must obtain the signature of the chairperson or vice chairperson.
1. Job banks sometimes describe it as a foreign-owned company, but it is actually a fake foreign company. 2. The coworkers are easy to get along with; the management is just a group of narrow-minded old people. 3. You even have to use a shared computer to look up information, which shows how narrow-minded they are. 4. Drawing management is very poor.
