The boss is part of the looks-obsessed crowd. If you aren't good-looking, you must know how to flatter him; otherwise, you may be shown the door at any time. Firing people before the Lunar New Year is a regular practice!

The boss was born with a silver spoon in his mouth. He doesn't understand things but still loves to run his mouth; he's an insecure yet arrogant brat whose greatest pleasure is playing with employees. Longtime employees at the company throw their weight around because of their seniority, and there is absolutely no system in place. Much of the time, everything depends on the boss's mood. Infighting is extremely serious, and the boss himself will jump into it!

The company has absolutely no ability to develop products; it simply takes factory products, changes the packaging, and then thinks it's amazing. To make themselves look good, the product department often takes products from Taiwanese factories and has them copied in mainland China.

There is no future, but there are short-term benefits—as long as you're willing to set aside your self-respect and integrity and know how to read the wind and curry favor.
