Some colleagues are nice—really nice.

But these colleagues might not stay for long either.

A company that really makes me feel ____.

I don't dare spell it out too clearly, because the people at the top of this company give me the creeps.

It's been a while since the previous review of this company was posted.

When I joined this company, I thought that enough time had passed and that things had probably changed quite a bit, right?

The truth is, I was really so foolish and naive.

As for the company's operating situation, such as whether it is making money, honestly, I don't know,

because I really wasn't there for long, and my work didn't give me any access to that area.

However, most of the other points mentioned in the previous review do indeed seem to exist,

and some of them are truly so outrageous that they give people goosebumps.

Especially that certain senior executive and the person at the very top.

They claim to have an American-style approach that is lean, decisive, flexible, and free.

In reality, they tell you on the surface that things are flexible and that you have plenty of freedom,

while in practice they have people watching you at all times—especially in a certain department, hehe.

As long as you do something that the boss considers contrary to the company culture and come under scrutiny,

呵呵, you can start preparing for trouble.

None of these things will be explained to you clearly when you join.

They will only paint you a rosy picture, making the company sound wonderful and impressive.

Only after you come in will you find out that it is actually a __ pit.

Because turnover here is extremely high,

most new arrivals never bother to solve the problems left behind by the previous batch of people who were driven out.

They only make the superficial parts presentable enough to launch,

and then the managers pressure the people below them to have the ability to solve the problems left by those who came before.

If you happen to take on a huge unresolved mess that no one has ever dealt with, you really have to be ready at any moment to become the scapegoat and wait to die.

The key point is that you also have to constantly appear extremely cautious and diligent,

because there are always eyes watching you.

You will never know

why a certain manager knows what you did at a particular moment during work,

and you may even be the last person in the entire company to find out.

Surprised? Happy?

And as far as I know, quite a few people really have been made to disappear for inexplicable reasons.

The only explanation is that they stepped on someone's landmine.

Then they won't even give you a warning or a chance to improve.

They simply tell you to fill out a resignation form.

Respect? Protection? Sorry, you won't find such things here.

The extremely high employee turnover has already proved a lot.

In short, if you've come across this review, take care of yourself.

Please don't believe that this is some flexible, free, and promising company.

There is a high probability that you will be told to do something you absolutely don't want to do and that wasn't what you originally agreed to do.

Believe me, you won't have a chance to choose—otherwise you'd better watch out for getting “high-fired,” too.
