Even those without a digital marketing background have opportunities to join the company and learn. Seniority is not particularly emphasized; those with a good learning attitude and ability have opportunities to advance or transfer to departments they want to learn about. Basically, the company is quite willing to support employees’ ideas for their individual career development.
1. New employees make mistakes at a high rate, and there may be unhelpful teammates, so everyone needs to be very tolerant.
2. Sometimes things are too democratic: everyone’s ideas have to be heard, which instead makes it impossible to get things done.
