I personally worked at this company for nearly two years, starting as a part-time worker, then becoming a full-time employee, and later switching back to part-time work due to my personal plans. When I first joined, I also felt at one point that I was not suited to the job and was under considerable pressure. However, after some time, I came to realize that whether it was supervisors, managers, or colleagues, whenever I had a question, they would help me wholeheartedly and without reservation. I was quite unfamiliar with the company’s industry, and in fact, anyone looking at me might have felt that I was completely out of place in this field. Yet the knowledge and expertise I gained at the company were things I could never have imagined when I started, and they completely broke the stereotype that I was unsuitable for this industry. At this company, from professional knowledge about the industry to software skills I had never used before, I received a great deal of help, both at work and outside of work.
So when I see some reviews based on an interview or just a few days of work that are actually uncomfortable to read, I feel that it is unfair to former and current employees alike when someone has not experienced the company and gives only one-sided negative comments after merely passing through.
Personally, I found it a very pleasant place to work. After leaving due to my personal plans, I even regretted it several times 😩
