Basically, this company has no benefits whatsoever.
None of the following benefits are provided:
Bonuses for the three major festivals, employee trips, employee gatherings, year-end parties, spring banquets—there’s nothing. The celebratory gathering promised after the exhibition was simply cancelled.
The company claims to be French-owned, but it does not offer the benefits of a French-owned company. When employees ask for French-company benefits, the boss’s wife says that the company is in Taiwan—but then it does not offer Taiwanese benefits either.
If you’re considering joining, make your own careful assessment. If you like simply going to and leaving work and receiving a small salary that you can spend each month, you may consider it.
