Fortunately, it’s fairly close to home.

This company wanted me to come in for a total of three interviews........Later, I only went twice.......because I received an offer from another company.

Position: Materials management

Compensation: The minimum listed on 104 was NT$34,000 to start........(Even lower than my previous job.....ridiculous.)

Overtime: In principle, it’s a responsibility-based system......but the interviewer said that, of course, if you work an extra 3–4 hours,

they would help you apply.....for overtime pay...

The definition of overtime pay here may be based on the Labor Standards Act only for reference.

First interview: First, a logic test + personal information form

Interview with the HR manager......then

Interview with my future direct supervisor..........(Later, the HR manager said......the interviewer had gone out.)

They scheduled me for another time.........(I was speechless).......Fortunately, I don’t live in Taoyuan....I’m from central/southern Taiwan.

Second interview: I arrived on time........but the HR manager said

The interviewer was in a meeting with a vendor........(Seriously! Again.....30 minutes later.)

Well! The interview started 30 minutes later.

The interview seemed to have no major issues......but even if I got the job, I probably wouldn’t have wanted to come anymore.

Several days later, HR called and said they wanted to schedule a third interview (a higher-level manager wanted to meet me and confirm a few things).

Naturally, I later declined...........1. I had already found a job

2. I already had a bad impression....Offering just over NT$30,000 and requiring at least three interviews....so depressing.

3. They weren’t punctual.
