1. The company has air conditioning.
1. HR sent a message asking about convenient ways and times to contact me. After I replied, they completely disappeared, only sending the interview notification about two days later.
2. The interview notification said that I needed to call and inform the company when I arrived on the day of the interview. When I arrived, I called repeatedly, but no one answered at all. I then tried calling the main line and asking the operator to transfer me, but the main line was busy as well, leaving me completely dumbfounded. In the end, I had no choice but to enter the company and ask someone directly. That employee looked so sour, as if they had been saddled with tens of millions in debt, and was completely unwilling to help. I later found out that the contact person had gone to a meeting without making any arrangements for someone else to handle the matter. It felt like job applicants were not respected at all.
3. The interview questions were extremely detailed. It felt as though they would not be satisfied until they had completely drained you of everything about yourself. They even wanted to know whether I traveled with my university classmates or high school classmates. They emphasized that the position would definitely require overtime, that the amount of overtime could not be predicted and would depend on work ability, and that the person needed to be highly responsible. At the end, they asked whether I had any questions, but after I asked only two, they forcibly ended the interview. Once again, I felt that job applicants were treated with extreme disrespect.
4. Employees at the head office are required to support special sales events at retail stores, averaging five times a year, with each event lasting three days.
