Can't think of anything for now
I've never left work on time. None of the employees inside leave at the end of the workday, so I suspect there's a culture of habitual overtime. The workload is heavy, and employees are required to support and rotate through each other's departmental work (which may be unfair to those with lower salaries). Also, this company's lunch break is not fixed. If you need to take a nap, be mentally prepared: the lunch break is extremely noisy, with phone calls and people talking. In addition, this company's probationary period is 3
~6 months. If your performance is poor during the probationary period, they may ask you to leave at any time. It's very strange—you're obviously still within the probationary period.
