Position: Business Assistant
1. The environment was messy. Documents were piled high in the office, and there were many miscellaneous items in the meeting room. It felt like everyone was too busy to organize things properly.
2. Even though my résumé clearly stated that I had no relevant experience, I still received an interview invitation. At the interview, they said they needed someone who could hit the ground running, which felt very contradictory. I recommend confirming with them repeatedly before going whether this position requires relevant experience, to avoid wasting time.
3. On the surface, they said that English proficiency was all that was needed, but in fact, both English and Japanese were required.
