Cons

1. No bonuses or benefits; the year-end bonus is so small that one meal at TASTy would use it all up (do the math yourself). Not receiving a payslip is standard, and it is also unclear whether labor, health, and employment insurance contributions are accurate.

2. The boss is unpredictable, and only what the boss says is right. Regardless of whether the task the boss assigns can be completed on time or is right or wrong, you just do it.

3. You may be inexplicably bad-mouthed. It is not unusual for five people in a month to be unable to stay and resign on their own.

4. If you remind the boss about something and the boss forgets, it is your fault because you did not keep reminding them.

5. The boss may ask for things at any time; if you do not have them ready, you are considered incompetent.
