Recent graduates can come here to learn.
1. The pay is pitifully low, yet every day comes with a truckload of miscellaneous tasks.
2. The salary never increases, and the year-end bonus is so small that it only adds a negligible amount to your savings account.
3. The manager has very low emotional intelligence. Every few days, if things do not go his way, he bullies people below him in the workplace, making sarcastic remarks and subjecting them to silent treatment. He has driven away a great many employees.
He cannot do the work and only knows how to talk, making excuses and shifting the blame onto others. He is unwilling to take any responsibility; it is always someone else’s problem.
4. The owner of this family business does not care whether performance is good or bad. As long as a supervisor knows how to curry favor with the owner, even someone with terrible work ability can stay in a good position and continue enjoying the perks.
Then the junior bosses do not dare offend the veteran supervisors favored by the owner. No matter how poorly they perform, they are treated courteously, and no one dares point out problems or ask the supervisors to improve.
5. Many long-term employees at the company are very hostile toward new hires. Unless you are just a recent graduate, in which case colleagues in your department will be considerably more lenient with you. Other departments will still give you all kinds of attitude, and the accounting and HR departments have particularly poor attitudes.
