ASE is a bright and sinister cult.
The boss likes to thoroughly understand employees’ thoughts and is committed to correcting employees’ beliefs (as long as they differ from the boss’s, they are considered wrong). Every week, various methods are used to interrogate employees, including having the entire company jointly question you or making you answer the boss’s questions endlessly through book reports. There is very little privacy, and employees are not respected.
