The interviewer was very friendly at the beginning, but was interrupted several times by other work matters during the interview, which made the interviewee feel very awkward. That alone would have been one thing, but the key point was when they asked whether I could work overtime. Because of the launch of a new system, they said I would have to work overtime until nine or ten every day. I replied that working overtime every day might not be possible, and their attitude immediately changed. They directly told me to leave and did not even see me out... I was truly dumbfounded.
