Probably none?
Applied for an administrative position
The office was very small; when I went there, I only saw three people.
During the interview, they spent more than half an hour telling me about the company's industry and operations (most of which were things that a junior administrative employee would have little control over).
They told me outright that the company does not necessarily make money every year, so there might not be an annual bonus. I was really taken aback... They also said that working in administration doesn't teach you much and the pay is low (although that is indeed the case, why say that so bluntly to someone applying for an administrative position?).
I listened to the interviewing supervisor talk for almost an hour. It felt like they wanted someone who was extremely knowledgeable about or experienced in this industry (but I remember the offered salary was only around NT$24,000–25,000).
Actually, within the first 10–20 minutes,
I could more or less tell that I wasn't the person they wanted, but they still kept me there and took up my time (they even asked very detailed questions, such as which building my home was in... If they clearly had no intention of hiring me, why ask that...?)
Of course, I wasn't hired.
