Pros
The company environment is good.
Cons
There was a major round of layoffs before the Lunar New Year. I heard it was due to infighting within the company, and unfortunately, the R&D department was hit the hardest.
The year-end banquet was extremely awkward; many people had barely joined before being laid off.
What a shame about that snack machine.....
