There used to be an employee who was easy to get along with, but they’re gone now.
The two supervisors are extremely close. If they want to target someone, they do it together. The engineering department operates under an accountability system. Manufacturing has one mandatory Saturday of work every month. If there’s no work and you don’t have to come in, they treat it as though you owe the company and make you make up the time by working overtime on weekdays. When making up the time, they calculate it using the regular work-hour formula, so you don’t get paid more for working overtime. Where can you find such a great job? Awesome!!
