The colleagues are easy to get along with.
The foreign workers are also very friendly. It’s interesting to hear them talk about their hometowns from time to time.
The salary structure is rather peculiar.
It’s understandable that contract workers are paid hourly, but upon becoming employees, the pay changes to 500 per day, and upon becoming permanent staff, it is a little over 600 per day.
From 1 to 6, almost everyone works overtime. Of course, you can choose whether to work overtime, but if you don’t work overtime for a long time, your supervisor will come to check on you.
If you really want to go, choose a warehouse packaging position, where the risk of occupational injury is lower. Almost all the other departments are high-noise environments.
