What kind of company makes conversations among colleagues turn to the topic of wanting to jump off a building?

There is so much work that we work overtime every day, five days a week.

There are often unexpected tasks on holidays too; otherwise, there is so much work that it cannot be finished and has to be taken home.

The hours are supposedly 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., but getting off work at 6 has never been possible.

Overtime from 6 to 7 is not counted as working hours, and it must be reported in advance—without prior reporting, it does not count (but the project was assigned suddenly?!)

There is no overtime pay either; they say compensatory leave is available.

But when you apply for compensatory leave, they make things difficult in every possible way.

They say, “This was not necessary overtime.”

Then what exactly counts as necessary overtime?

If it weren’t for these foolish employees who do not know how to value themselves,

most of your projects would have blown up, okay?
