Pros
Occasionally, the boss speaks like a normal person.
Cons
Everything is often sudden and chaotic. When the boss loses their temper, nothing can talk them down. They are very good at forcing people to do things they don't want to do.
Everyone wears multiple hats: sales, customer service, administration, odd jobs, and they may even ask you to help with household chores.
It's fine as a stepping stone, but if you stay long term, you won't get anything in return.
