The only positive is the impression of the 3D staff member I interviewed with.

First, I interviewed with the 3D department, and after confirming that my abilities were suitable, I interviewed with the manager. At the time, the manager told me to start work the following Monday and said that the contact person would send me the employment offer.

However, the next day, the contact person took leave and did not reply. By the second day, I still had not received the email, and she did not respond to my messages on 104 either. I called her directly, and she said the manager had not told her anything. After repeatedly following up, the manager replied that there would be a second interview. After that, the manager never replied or contacted me again. When I called to ask, the contact person said she knew nothing and had a very cold attitude.

A few days later, I saw that they had reposted the job opening, so I applied again. 104 immediately replied that they were looking for someone proficient in both 2D and 3D (although during the interview they had said that they already had a dedicated 2D employee). So what was the point of not responding or informing me earlier?

A company that has been in business for over 20 years should not break its promises, toy with job applicants, or waste their time. 104 has records showing that the original opening was for a 3D position. When the requirements changed, they did not proactively communicate or inform me at all, showing no respect for job applicants and not even understanding the basic principle of mutual respect. The company takes time to recruit talent—doesn't a job seeker’s time matter too? Please be careful.
