No advantages whatsoever

I was told during the interview that the interview would be the following morning. I arrived on time, and HR gave me a form to fill out. After I finished, I waited for half an hour while HR continued chatting with a colleague nearby. Once they had finished chatting, HR came over and said that the chairman had suddenly become unavailable and could not conduct the interview, so another date was arranged. It was only during the second interview that I was told I needed to have my own vehicle. This information was not mentioned at all on the recruitment website. The days off and working hours were also not listed, and I only found out during the interview: four days off per month and 12-hour workdays. I also have no idea whether overtime pay is provided. HR was completely unprofessional and was simply trying to contact as many people as possible to meet performance targets.
