Pros
The engineers and HR are very nice.
Cons
Because it is a mainland Chinese company, the general manager (who actually doesn’t manage many people) said we have to comply with the mainland’s 996 policy, so sometimes we also have to work overtime on Saturdays. Also, since the company designs third-tier ICs, the salary offered is unexpectedly lower than at system manufacturers—they’re just trying to cut your pay.
