One person is expected to handle multiple roles. This is the first time I’ve encountered a company asking employees to film promotional videos for the company (with their faces shown, and without asking employees beforehand whether they were willing to do it—I don’t remember the job description when I applied saying that I would have to make videos for the company, did it?). Simply to save the company money, employees are casually ordered around. Supervisors do whatever comes to mind without considering your existing workload, and you may suddenly be assigned other tasks, causing your original work to be delayed. But, of course, no matter how many things go wrong, it will never be the supervisor’s fault; they may even criticize you for working too slowly.

This company likes to hire young, recent graduates and does not want to spend money hiring experienced people, yet it evaluates employees by high standards. When a project is about to become unmanageable, management starts blasting messages in the group chat instead of thinking about the underlying problems. When employees are assigned work arbitrarily and told to do whatever comes to mind, naturally nothing gets done well. Employees’ level of experience also affects the progress of a project.

There are so many unbelievable things that I couldn’t possibly list them all. This workplace is probably only suitable for someone with perseverance, determination, and high stress tolerance—someone who is cheap, easy to use, ideally knows every skill, can handle multiple roles alone, and obediently follows the company’s instructions: if the supervisor says A, you do A. Such a person should be able to hold on to the job steadily without any problem.
