1. The company provides afternoon snacks and a vending machine with drinks for employees to enjoy.
2. The female HR and receptionists at the company are very cute.
3. The gambling company has fruit days and snacks, which can soothe your terrible mood.
0. FeiFan Technology Co., Ltd., Boya Internet Technology, and Yunfeng International Co., Ltd. are all part of the same company. It feels like they use many companies with different names to evade certain issues. In practice, the company you apply to may differ from the company you ultimately belong to. Internal infighting is very serious, and there was a major round of layoffs last year.
1. As people mentioned earlier, internal infighting is very serious. It is not that senior managers cannot stabilize the situation; rather, senior managers are also participants in the infighting. Even within smaller departments, employees fight among themselves. On the surface, everything appears harmonious, but in reality, people are constantly setting traps for one another. It is extremely disgusting!
2. There are no real opportunities for learning or growth here. From senior management down to ordinary employees, everyone is too busy guarding against being stabbed in the back to share documents or experience. New hires may not only be unable to realize their potential but may also have their professional expertise mistreated.
3. The company's free beverage machine is clearly intended as an employee benefit, but some people internally try to take advantage of it. They often wait until after work, right after it has been restocked, to buy snacks and drinks to take home. The quality and character of the employees are very poor.
4. The more capable employees realize that something is wrong after joining the company and leave as quickly as they can. This is not a place where strong employees stay.
5. There are very few places to eat near the company. It is difficult to find anything to eat, and what is available is expensive!
6. Many employees have not been here long. The senior colleague assigned to lead you may have been with the company for less than two months and may not even understand the situation themselves.
7. Working here is truly a waste of your life. I urge anyone considering this company to think very carefully and not be misled by its claim of a 16-month annual salary, because you may be inexplicably dismissed or fired before even completing a year. This place is seriously dysfunctional!
8. If there were a scoring standard, I would definitely give it the lowest score: 0!
