1. The company is located at Taipei Main Station, so transportation is convenient.
2. Taking annual leave does not involve any hassle (but the company uses a calendar-year system for annual leave).
3. The company holds worship ceremonies, and snacks are available.
1. The company underreports the labor insurance salary.
2. The year-end bonus is up to the manager; he gives however much he wants.
3. The boss has been in mainland China for many years and no longer manages the company, which is overseen by the manager. However, when the boss comes back, he likes to interfere with the company’s operations and often brings many friends to the office to listen to him brag. This seriously affects the mood at work. Anyone who dislikes noise should absolutely not come here.
4. The company is extremely frugal, and avoids spending money whenever possible, including on computer repairs.
5. Being one minute late means losing the entire month’s perfect-attendance bonus.
