Pros
A company invested in by Foxconn / Does the guaranteed annual salary count as 14 months? In addition, performance bonuses may be paid based on individual performance and the company's operating results, but they are not guaranteed.
Cons
1. The customer service supervisor is very emotional....
2. Work year-round, including during typhoons and Chinese New Year.
3. The workload for customer service at this company is probably 1.5–2 times that of a typical customer service job, so the salary-to-workload value is not very good.
