1. The written test uses a bunch of professional theory questions to intimidate applicants (the kind that wouldn’t be used at all, even in a high-tech industry), but the actual job duties discussed in the interview are at the level of a general operator.
2. The supervisor’s expertise is clearly only at the level of a traditional industry, and the salary they can offer is as well.
3. It may relocate to Taoyuan in a few years.
Conclusion: If you don’t have high salary expectations and want stability, you can probably come take a look.
