1. The base salary is relatively low. Considering the total annual compensation and benefits, it is actually no better than at other companies.
2. The online questionnaire has many questions and a time limit, so it takes quite a while to complete. The aptitude and logic tests (formerly called intelligence tests, but intelligence tests are illegal) are unrelated to job performance and are also easy to fake. I do not understand why domestic companies insist on using these ineffective tests, wasting job seekers’ time.
