I heard the year-end bonus was three months’ salary last year—the boss is very generous!
I recommend it to families who aren’t short of money and don’t have much warmth at home; you can go there to pass the time.
There are many things in the warehouse, including lots of small parts, so you may need the first two months to get familiar with everything (which means working overtime).
The interviewer said they themselves also worked until 8–9 p.m. and repeatedly emphasized that at a small company everyone has to do everything (they mentioned “small company” at least ten times).
The offered salary is up to 24,000, including a meal allowance (they didn’t say whether it was 1,800 or 2,400). They told me, “The boss is very willing to pay; if you’re outstanding, you won’t have to wait until after the probation period for a raise.” 😊 For everyone’s reference.
