Pros

There are lots of snacks, and most colleagues are nice.

There are many places to eat near the company.

Cons

There is no overtime pay, but the boss will be very pleased when he sees you working overtime every day.

The division of responsibilities within the department is chaotic. If the boss likes you, they will assign you to be the point person for everything.

Every administrative employee is also a salesperson.

The internal employee turnover is extremely high, and the boss also likes to hire newcomers.

New hires are often sent to fill vacancies at branch offices before they have even learned anything. Then, because of poor handovers, they cannot stay and eventually resign.

The higher-ups even say that they hope to reduce the company's headcount to below a certain number, but they refuse to lay off employees themselves, so they just leave things as they are until employees resign on their own, then look for fresh labor.

They cannot even fill a group tour with outside customers, so when the higher-ups are unhappy, they tell employees to find people. As a result, almost the entire group is made up of the company's own employees, and the travel expenses are either paid out of pocket by the employees themselves or subsidized slightly by the department supervisor.

The boss will ask employees to sign an agreement acknowledging liability. If there is a mistake with a flight ticket and a fine is imposed, the employee has to pay for it themselves.

The boss will design bags and ask each department to take responsibility for them. Essential oils purchased to give to customers cannot all be given away, so after they expire by six months, they are given to the company's own employees.

The higher-ups make side deals with vendors, then ask each department to purchase the tickets themselves and sell them; whether they can sell them or not is up to the department.

There is not much of a problem with infighting between departments. Everything simply depends on the boss's mood: if the boss likes you, everything is fine; if they do not like you, the entire company will turn against you.

Most colleagues are nice, but certain colleagues are especially fond of gossiping and love to sow discord. They say every day that they are going to resign, yet in the end they are still the ones who stay the longest. Every mistake is the new hire's fault, and they are the most aggrieved person in the whole company. They treat you very well in front of you, but you do not know what they say behind your back. The entire company is their emotional dumping ground. If you do not have someone at the managerial level backing you up, just wait to be bullied until you resign.

If you are an emotional person full of idealistic dreams, you should be a good fit for this company.
