It feels very fulfilling after making props.
The employees are very united.
Because we have a common enemy: the boss.
The boss is a lunatic.
He drives wedges between employees.
He goes around saying bad things about every employee.
He is extremely emotionally unstable.
He basically knows nothing and cannot do anything, yet calls himself a teacher.
He always just talks without taking action.
He makes people work overtime and then does not pay overtime wages.
He also verbally abuses employees and attacks them personally.
As a prop design company,
the computers are outdated and never upgraded, and when there is not enough hard-drive space, employees have to deal with it themselves.
Employees are asked to make videos, but no camera is provided for filming.
Even computer headsets have to be brought by the employees themselves.
He criticizes employees for not knowing professional skills such as woodworking, metalworking, and painting.
He says he will hire skilled craftsmen to provide training, but ultimately cancels it.
He says, “If a worker wants to do a good job, they must first sharpen their tools,”
but the basic tools are never upgraded.
He even exploits the craftsmen by squeezing their wages.
