No pros at all

The environment is very poor, and there is a bad smell everywhere. The boss thinks they are extremely capable and is very arrogant and treats others with contempt. Even during the interview stage, they already act as though job seekers have to humble themselves and beg the boss for a poorly paid job. Year-end bonuses and performance evaluations depend on the boss’s mood. It is a responsibility-based system, and you have to find your own parking space.
