The happiest thing is not having to take on the work after resigning.
The husband and wife who run the company are both exploitative bosses.
Moreover, when you resign, they force you to take on a pile of work; otherwise, they deliberately make things difficult for you or dock your pay.
There are plenty of employees here who have gone 3–4 years without a salary raise.
And there is not necessarily an annual bonus; even if there is one, it is only NT$2,000 to NT$5,000.
Every so often, they send you elsewhere, telling you to go here or there.
There is also little pay but a lot of work, and it is miscellaneous.
There is unfinished work every day.
The boss also frequently tells you to do other tasks.
