The company is located in an impressive office building in the Seventh Redevelopment Zone.
The company calls itself a group, to put it nicely—a company aiming to go public.
It is a bicycle saddle manufacturer known in Vietnam as the “God of Binh Duong land.”
However, the company’s systems are thoroughly inadequate. The factory is in Vietnam, while the sales department is in Taiwan! The bonus system looks attainable but is impossible to actually benefit from. The company only exploits new employees. It is practically made up of a few entrenched old-timers. If you are willing to endure low pay and a heavy workload of miscellaneous tasks, or tolerate the low-EQ shouting of the assistant manager, then this company may suit you.
You also need to be prepared to do the work of several people by yourself here.
The company will say this is to develop you and give you experience in multiple roles!
They call it the company spending money to educate you—once you learn everything, you will be all set.
Later, you could even start a one-person trading company because you will have to do everything!
A word of advice to interviewees: you must read this. They will make everything sound wonderful during the interview and talk about their grand vision! Remember, this is the first step in tricking you into joining the company.
