Whether the boss is a Tzu Chi member has nothing to do with the work itself. Just do your own job properly.

Everyone can have their own beliefs. Believing in Jesus is also a personal matter.

If the air conditioning feels stuffy and you feel hot, you can ask someone how to turn it on. Only complain if they really say you cannot turn it on—don’t make assumptions beforehand.

If you’re thirsty, you can also buy water yourself. Why does someone else have to bring it to you?

If companies without air conditioning or free water are all considered bad, then perhaps all of Taiwan would be doomed.

Don’t look for faults when there aren’t any. If you can’t find a good job, don’t badmouth the company.

After all, not every job can meet the perfect ideal we have in mind. Some may pay very well but be exhausting; some may be highly rewarding but pay little; and some may have a good environment but be too far from home~ If you keep changing jobs only to fall into the same pit, perhaps you should consider not insisting on finding a perfect 100-point job—70 points is enough.
