The company's building and environment are quite good.
It's a fairly respectable company.
The work facilities are good.
It's a very convenient location in terms of transportation.
It can be reached by train.
Simply put, the boss is exploitative and the supervisor is a jerk.
The supervisor has no sense of responsibility. During the interview, they initially said all sorts of lofty, polished things, but later what they said and what they did were completely different.
For example, they initially said that the company's benefits included a parking space,
and then fuel subsidies. In reality, if you're inexperienced and don't contribute much at the beginning, you don't get any of these benefits. They implicitly force employees to work overtime: verbally, they say the workday ends at 6:20, but leaving before 7:00 is considered leaving early.
There is also serious infighting within the company. Based on the above evaluation, this company is not okay.
