When the boss is away, employees are at their most productive.
The company claims externally to be a startup in order to gain benefits such as investment, but internally the boss enforces a clear hierarchy. They claim to be everyone’s supervisor, yet do not act like a supervisor should.
Although there are already pitifully few employees in the company, they show no respect for employees, let alone for professional expertise. They even believe they provide employees with excellent treatment, when in reality they are the company’s biggest liability. They pay extremely low salaries yet dare to claim that employees have it great.
When employees are concentrating on their work, they constantly interrupt them and repeatedly ask about their progress.
They assign whatever comes to mind, seriously slowing down work and disrupting employees’ concentration. They even think they are helping the team.
They like taking advantage of people, other companies, and employees; they love playing petty tricks. Whenever they make a mistake, it is always someone else’s fault, and they are always claiming credit for themselves. They forget what they said five minutes later. They can casually make promises to others outside the company, then come back and exploit their own employees to fulfill them; when they cannot deliver, they blame the employees’ abilities.
The company profile is all about introducing their own dreams—in other words, starting a business simply for the sake of starting one.
