Pros

Administrative class advisor

Every day, I go to the company to turn on the lights and air conditioning and print exam papers. Basically, I just do fairly easy administrative work.

Occasionally, I have to go outside to help hand out flyers and so on (but there are basically always part-time workers for that).

I don't really need to make outbound calls because the part-time workers help with those. However, making second-round follow-up calls is our job.

If you transferred from another career path (especially if your previous job was very busy), you will find this job very difficult to get used to.

Because when there are no students, there is basically nothing to do, so every day I just scroll through Facebook with my coworkers = =

Cons

Each branch office handles its own personnel matters independently, and basically, there are serious problems with the work schedules.

After the branch's administrative staff upload the schedule to headquarters' personnel department, headquarters' HR does not check whether it violates the Labor Standards Act.

During my first month at the company, I worked seven consecutive days, including a night shift followed by an early-morning shift: finishing at 22:00 one day and starting at 06:00 the next day???

What about the one regular day off and one flexible rest day per week, and the 11-hour minimum interval between shifts???

If I had not dealt with personnel administration in my previous job, I would not have known about this at all.

Is it normal for part-time workers to work more than 12 hours???

There are some serious problems.

However, the job is very idle; you are just stuck there all day. There are pros and cons.
